About Us
Made up of experienced commercial specialists, MLQS Ltd has worked on a wide range of construction projects over the past 25 years. We have experience working on projects within the residential, retail, commercial, rail, utilities and leisure sectors ranging in value from £1m to £800m plus.
Our core services include procurement, quantity surveying and commercial/claims management support.
An in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, along with extensive experience across multiple industry sectors, allows MLQS Ltd to deliver for our clients in all aspects of construction projects, from initial concept, feasibility, and cost planning stages, right through to completion and final accounts. Our services are offered nationwide although we currently operate predominantly in London and the South-East of England.
