CLAIMS MANAGEMENT 

If projects are prolonged or disrupted, costs can often increase beyond those originally envisaged, leading to a reduction in margins and losses being incurred. The MLQS claims team regularly advises parties on contractual matters and dispute avoidance, as well as working  with multiple claims practitioners if matters require referral to dispute resolution proceedings.
